Members training fees;
Training fees are $90.00 per month per student, payable on the first training day of each calendar month. This entitles the member to participate in all activities, whenever lessons are available. A “family” package is $130.00.

Full year payment- $900------- $180 discount.
Half year payment- $500------ $ 80 discount

Annual membership

This is set at $25.00 per annum plus membership of the PCYC. PCYC membership is mandatory for insurance reasons. Membership of the ZGBK is from January to January. Students who join after mid-year [end of June] pay $15.00. IBF membership is dependent on the exchange rate but is roughly $40 AUD [3000 yen per annum, payable in August. First year fees are 6000 yen.]

Grading fees

Goshin jutsu grading fees are paid on a sliding scale;
blue belt [8th kyu] - $ 55.00
green belt [6th kyu] - $65.00
purple belt [4th kyu] - $ 75.00
brown belt [2nd kyu] - $85.00
black belt [1st dan] - $120.00

Nidan and sandan gradings are $150. Certification and belts will be provided. Sandans [3rd dan] and above are not required to pay training fees as long as they are actively training other members. If they are not actively teaching, they are to pay the standard $25 membership fee to the honbu. "Permit to instruct" is required from the honbu for any member to start their own dojo. This is conditional on the prospective student having suitable training as an instructor from seniors within the system and a senior's recommendation. All instructors in goshinjutsu must hold a "Permit To Instruct" certificate from the honbu.

NOTE

Due to the fact that dojo rent and other expenses borne by the ZGBK are constant, monies paid as training, grading or membership fees are not refundable. It is the students' responsibility to attend lessons and maintain themselves as a financial member. Non payment of fees will render the student non-financial and therefore not eligible to train.

Resignation of Membership

Resignation from ZGBK is to be tendered in writing [includes e-mail]. Members who do not attend for six months without resignation or explanation will have their membership automatically terminated after this time.
